Mail, Copy, and More is a locally owned shipping, printing, and mailbox rental store in Federal Way, WA. This policy explains what information we collect from customers, why we collect it, and how it's handled.
Information we collect
When you call, email, or visit us in store, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and mailing address; the contents of any email you send us; and details about the service you're using — for example a mailbox rental application, a print job, or a package you're shipping (including tracking numbers and carrier information).
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your questions, fulfill printing, shipping, and mailbox orders, provide customer service and support, and keep basic records of the services we've provided so we can help you with follow-up questions or repeat orders.
How it's handled
Email you send us is handled through our ordinary business email systems. Order and service details are tracked using internal record-keeping and order-tracking tools we use to run the store day to day. We don't use your information for anything beyond running your order or answering your question.
We don't sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Where a service requires it — for example handing a package to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL for shipping — we share only what's needed to complete that service. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and order information for as long as it's useful for the services we provide — for example to look up a past order or mailbox account — and not indefinitely. We don't have a fixed retention schedule beyond that; if you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
